Online Order Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Poké Jeux! We understand that sometimes online orders may need to be canceled. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers, please review the following cancellation policy carefully.

Free Cancellation Period:

• Customers may cancel their online order free of charge within 30 minutes of placing it.

Cancellation Fees:

• For online orders of 100$ or more, a cancellation fee of $15 will apply if the cancellation is requested after the 30-minute free cancellation period.

• This policy is designed to deter automated bots from making purchases on our website and to maintain a smooth shopping experience for all customers.

How to Cancel an Online Order:

• To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pokejeux.ca and provide your order number.

• If the order has already been shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation, and the standard return policy will apply.

Exceptions:

• In rare cases of processing errors or issues caused by Poké Jeux, cancellations will not incur any fees.

Additional Notes:

• Refunds for canceled online orders (after applicable fees) will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
