Welcome to Poké Jeux! We understand that sometimes online orders may need to be canceled. To ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers while preventing abuse by automated bots, please review the following updated cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellation Fees:

For online orders of $100 or more, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply.

***If our system detects that an order was placed using a bot, the $100 or more minimum will not apply, and a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged.***
Account Protection Measures:

Accounts that repeatedly place and cancel orders within the free cancellation window may be subject to suspension or permanent banning to maintain a fair shopping environment.

Orders flagged as potentially placed by bots or automated systems may be held for verification or canceled outright without refund.
How to Cancel an Online Order:

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@pokejeux.ca and provide your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation, and the standard return policy will apply.
Exceptions:

In rare cases of processing errors or issues caused by Poké Jeux, cancellations will not incur any fees.

Refunds for canceled online orders (after applicable fees) will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 5 business days.
