By placing a pre-order at Poké Jeux, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before ordering.
PAYMENT
Full payment is collected at checkout. All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your card is charged at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
ESTIMATED RELEASE DATES
All pre-order dates shown are estimates provided by our distributors. They are subject to change due to manufacturer production delays, distributor allocation adjustments, or shipping and logistics issues outside our control.
We will communicate delays by email as soon as we are informed. We do not guarantee specific ship dates. We will never promise a delivery date we cannot confirm.
CANCELLATION FEE — 10%
All pre-orders are subject to a 10% administrative cancellation fee, regardless of order value or reason for cancellation.
This fee reflects the cost of reserved distributor allocations that cannot be resold once assigned to your order. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this fee.
This fee is disclosed in advance and forms part of the contract between you and Poké Jeux at the time of purchase.
Example: You cancel a $200 CAD pre-order → $20 fee is deducted → $180 refunded to original payment method within 15 days.
IF POKÉ JEUX CANCELS YOUR PRE-ORDER
In the event a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable due to a publisher cancellation, discontinued line, or distributor allocation failure, you will receive a 100% full refund — no fees applied. Refund will be processed within 15 days.
MIXED ORDERS
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships when all items are available, unless otherwise stated at checkout. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Pre-ordered sealed products are subject to the same packaging standards as all our products. Minor cosmetic outer packaging wear is normal and is not grounds for a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
QUANTITY LIMITS
Poké Jeux reserves the right to limit pre-order quantities per customer, per household, or per address to ensure fair access for the collecting community.
