SHIPPING ORIGIN

All orders ship from Boucherville, Québec, Canada. Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.


FREE SHIPPING

Canada & USA (via UPS only): Free on orders of $200 CAD or more before taxes. Cannot be combined with other promotions. Free shipping applies to standard service only.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees:

Canada (tracked) 1–7 business days
Canada (letter mail) Up to 4 weeks (no tracking)
United States 3–10 business days
International 3–21 business days

Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Letter mail (Canada only) does not include tracking or insurance. We recommend tracked shipping for all orders containing high-value singles or sealed products.


PACKAGING

Orders are carefully packed to minimize transit damage. Singles are sleeved and top-loaded. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and box-packed where applicable.

Minor cosmetic packaging wear on sealed products can occur during carrier handling. This is normal and does not affect the product contents. See our Return Policy for details.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and charges imposed by their country's authorities. Poké Jeux does not collect, reimburse, or estimate these fees.

All international packages are declared at full product value as required by applicable Canadian law. We do not under-declare values or mark shipments as gifts.


LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If your tracked shipment shows as delivered but was not received, contact your local post office or carrier first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Poké Jeux is not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. For high-value orders, we recommend requesting signature confirmation.


ADDRESS ERRORS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Poké Jeux is not responsible for packages undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility in such cases.
